We have two different memberships, Classic and Elite. 
a. You may sign up as Classic Member for FREE or upgrade to Elite Member using accumulated points of 1500 points OR;
b. Pay RM10 to become Elite Member and  enjoy better member benefits and entitle voucher booklet worth RM450

No, it will only require one-time payment for the Elite Member registration fee.

No, customers are not able to cancel Elite Member Registration after redeemed vouchers.

You can apply at any Georgetown Pharmacy or Wellings Pharmacy outlets. You can proceed to the counter or seek assistance for the outlet staff.

By signing the membership form, you further confirm that all personal data that you have provided above are all true, up-to-date and accurate. Should there be any changes to any of your personal data, you shall notify WGeorgetown & Wellings Pharmacy  immediately.

The Birthday Treats of Elite Members are X3 points for 7 days from member birthday and RM10 Gift Voucher with Min purchase of RM50. The example of X3 points for 7 days from member birthday as stated below:
- Client Birthday: 10/5/1980
- X3 points period: 10 - 16/5/2021

The validity period is 30 days from the Birthday. Example:
- Client DOB: 15/6/2021
