No, customers are not able to cancel Elite Member Registration after redeemed vouchers.

The Birthday Treats of Elite Members are X3 points for 7 days from member birthday and RM10 Gift Voucher with Min purchase of RM50. The example of X3 points for 7 days from member birthday as stated below:

- Client Birthday: 10/5/1980

- X3 points period: 10 - 16/5/2021

The validity period is 30 days from the Birthday. Example:

- Client DOB: 15/6/2021

- Voucher Validity: 15/6/2021 - 14/7/2021

Customers are required to check the point balance and expiry at the counter.

Yes. The expiry of points is 13 months from the points issuance date. For example,
